My twenty years of experience in strategic marketing and organizational transformation management provided me with amazing opportunities to implement innovative and creative diversity strategies in uniquely Canadian ways.

I continue to share my passion, energy and experience helping to make a difference as part of the Walmart Canada team.

Being appointed as a Director on Ontario's Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board (P.E.Q.A.B) enabled me to help provide unprecedented access to education for so many Ontarians.
I have worked directly with over 4,500 of Canada's best and brightest students while implementing the Canadian INROADS "Leadership Training" program. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, I had the privilege of launching the first-ever national diversity & inclusion strategy. As Director, Division of Continuing Education at York University, I contributed towards the development of the Continuing Education strategic plan. Walmart is the next stage of what has been an incredible journey.

What braids each of these roles together is that in each role I have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative approaches to harnessing the incredible potential of our diverse and talented Canadian workforce. Helping others reach their full potential is my passion --it's a commitment and responsibility I take very seriously. Most of all, I enjoy the energy and enthusiasm that all Canadians bring to everything we do.

Take a look into the future of Toronto and the 34 Canadian cities profiled in the report Projections of the Diversity of the Canadian population was released by Statistics Canada on March 9, 2010. Harnessing the power of Canada's diverse workforce is the key to our country's long-term sustainability and prosperity. For diversity to really work it must be fully inclusive. All Canadians have the unique opportunity (and responsibility) to show the rest of the world the true value of diversity and inclusion is building an even more productive and harmonious society.

Together we will all be successful.
